The Type 870 series from Golden Eagle are manufactured from Alloy to be as realistic as possible, with Real Wood furniture used for the Pump Handle and Pistol Grip.
The M8877 Real Wood Model is a Sawn-Off style M870 that features an Internal Gas Reservoir / Tank in the Pistol Grip, meaning it can be easily filled up on the move using a Green Gas bottle, as you would for any other Gas Magazine. The short overall length makes it a perfect contender for CQB, and especially as a backup in a Shotgun Scabbard.
As per the Tokyo Marui series of Gas Shotguns, these replicas take standard Airsoft Shotgun Shells and can fire either a 3rnd or 6rnd Burst of BBs with each pump. To set this feature, simply pull back on the pump and move the slider behind the mock bolt.
To load the Shotgun, you only need to press the release lever for the Breech Door, push the Shotgun Shell into place till it clicks, close the Breech Door and get pumping! Each Shotgun Shell holds 30rnds, for a total of 10 shots when in the 3rnd mode, and is filled using the Speedloader to force BBs into the front of each Shell.
The M8877 Real Wood is a Sawn-Off Shotgun that is just as deadly as a Primary Weapon, as it is used as a backup. The Real Wood furniture on the Pump and Pistol Grip, combined with the rock-solid Alloy construction, makes it feel just like the real thing in the hands.
 The Magazine Tube for the Shotgun can act as a shell holder, should you wish, and can be accessed by unscrewing the front cover. A Thumb-Through Safety can be found near the Trigger, which will block the Trigger and prevent the Shotgun from firing.
The Pistol Grip contains the Internal Gas Tank and is filled using the Gas Inlet Valve on the Pistol Grip. This means you can top up the Shotgun at any time if you think the power is starting to drop off. The top of the Outer Barrel has a Shotgun-Style Bead Sight which helps you point the Shotgun in the right direction, but accuracy isn't of great importance when each shot throws 6 x BBs down range!
