Preparing Items for Return
If you believe your item is faulty or you wish to return anything, please contact us first before sending anything back so we can log your return and advise on next steps. Have your order number or proof of purchase ready.
Items returned without being booked in may be delayed or refused.
All returns must be securely packaged, clearly labelled with your order number, and include a note with your contact details, reason for return, and preferred outcome (refund, repair, or replacement). Items should include all original packaging, instructions, and accessories unless agreed otherwise.

Returning Unwanted Items
You may return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. Please contact us before sending anything back.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items must be returned in as new condition and complete with all original sealed packaging and components. Returns that show signs of use or damage may be subject to a deduction from the refund or may be eligible only for a credit note.
For hygiene and safety reasons, ballistic eye protection (glasses, goggles, etc.) and lower face protection cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom or modified products (e.g., two-tone services, workshop upgrades) are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

Weapon & Equipment Terms
FPS (Feet Per Second)
FPS values are a guide only where provided. Variations may occur between production runs.
Battery Use
Only use batteries and chargers suitable for your replica.
Use of incorrect or high-voltage batteries (e.g., 11.1v LiPo on non-rated replicas) voids warranty.
User Error
We cannot accept returns or refunds for faults caused by user error.
This includes but is not limited to:
-
Modifying or dismantling replicas.
-
Using poor-quality BBs.
-
Dropping, misuse, or damage from debris or water.
-
Using incorrect charging units or lubricants.
Our technicians can often repair these issues, but this will be a chargeable service.
Free Batteries & Chargers
Many manufacturers include free basic batteries and chargers. These are not covered by warranty and cannot be returned separately.
Tools & Maintenance
Always use proper tools and techniques when maintaining your replica.
Damage caused by incorrect tools or excessive disassembly will void warranty.
Lubrication
Only use lubricants designed for airsoft equipment.
Products such as WD40, mineral oil, or abrasive compounds can cause damage and are not covered under warranty.
We aim to handle all returns, repairs, and warranty claims fairly, quickly, and professionally.
Our goal is to get you back in the field as soon as possible.
If in doubt, contact us before attempting any repairs or modifications — we’re here to help.
