Shipping Policy
UK deliveries are fulfilled via DPD, Royal Mail, UPS or Fed Ex, depending on the service selected and your location.
Unless otherwise stated, all delivery times quoted are in working days only (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ONLY
Standard Delivery costs are charged at £6.99.
Need it sooner? Upgrade to a Next Day delivery service from just £9.99.

Postage to the Scottish Highlands and other difficult areas within the UK can have a large variation, sometimes starting from £24.00.
INTERNATIONAL AND OVER SEAS DELIVERY
International shipping is not currently available, however we are working to introduce this very soon.
In accordance with your statutory rights, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY INFORMATION
At NML Armoury, we operate a working-day dispatch service, meaning parcels are dispatched Tuesday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with most orders leaving us within 24 hours. During peak periods, dispatch times may occasionally take slightly longer.
Some orders may require additional processing time before dispatch. This includes orders that require custom work or verification such as:

Two Tone Service applications

Workshop service jobs or technical work

Defence checks (e.g., UKARA verification)
These orders will be dispatched once the required work or checks have been completed.
COURIER DELIVERIES
We use third-party courier services for all deliveries. Courier deliveries typically take place Monday to Friday between approximately 7:00am and 6:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
As deliveries are handled by independent courier companies, we cannot guarantee or arrange specific delivery time slots for individual orders.
Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While most deliveries arrive within the expected timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

Severe weather conditions (e.g. snow or flooding)

Major road or motorway closures

Courier operational delays
Once your parcel has left the NML Armoury warehouse, the delivery process is managed by the courier. However, if any issues arise, our team will gladly assist by contacting the courier on your behalf.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
In the rare event that we cannot supply an item in your order, our team will attempt to contact you via phone and email to explain the situation.
This is usually due to situations such as:

An item being found faulty during pre-dispatch inspection

The product not meeting our quality standards

Unexpected stock discrepancies
We will always work with you to resolve the issue quickly and supply the item as soon as stock becomes available where possible.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER
When signing for your delivery, you are confirming that the parcel has been received in acceptable condition.
We understand that it may not always be possible to open your package immediately, therefore we allow up to 48 hours from delivery for you to notify us of:

Missing items

Incorrect items
Please contact us within this timeframe so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Please note that NML Armoury does not compensate for time spent waiting for deliveries, even if the courier does not arrive as expected.
While we work hard to ensure a smooth delivery process, there are occasions where circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, such as:

Courier system or routing errors

Operational disruptions
If such situations occur, our team will always aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and where appropriate we may also refund the postage cost in full.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.
The cut-off time for Standard Delivery is 2:30pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day, so please allow an additional day when estimating your delivery date.
Unfortunately, Standard Delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or Overseas Territories, as this service is limited to shipments that can travel by road and sea only.

EXPRESS DISPATCH
24-Hour Dispatch is available to all UK mainland addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.
The cut-off time for 24-Hour Dispatch is 2:30pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day, so please ensure your order is placed before the cut-off to allow the courier to dispatch your parcel.
This service operates Monday to Thursday, with deliveries typically arriving within the same week, with the latest delivery being Friday.
If you require your parcel for the weekend, please ensure your order is placed before 2:30pm on Thursday for Friday delivery.
Unfortunately, 24-Hour Dispatch is not available to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or Overseas Territories, as this service is limited to shipments that can travel by road and sea only.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS / ISLANDS
Unfortunately, faster postage options are not available to the the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or Overseas Territories.
This is because expedited courier services typically rely on air transport, and airsoft products are restricted from being shipped by air. As a result, deliveries to these locations must travel by road or sea only, which limits the available delivery options.
